Appointment Policy Please Read Before Booking!
Hey love! To keep things smooth for everyone, here’s what you need to know about cancellations and being late:
Deposits & Cancellations
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to book.
If you need to cancel, please do it at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before, your deposit will be kept.
Want to reschedule? You can rebook within 24 hours of canceling and use your deposit for the new appointment.
If you don’t rebook within that time, a new deposit will be required.
Running Late?
There’s a 15-minute grace period if you’re running behind.
After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be lost.
You’ll need to rebook and pay a new deposit to get back on the schedule.
